Firstly, please ensure that you've selected ‘Normal mode’ in 'Trading options'.
(Go to 'Account' > 'My accounts' > 'Trade options' > 'Normal mode').
You'll then be able to partially close a position by trading in the opposite direction of an existing position. If your order size is smaller than your existing position, this will result in a partial closure of your position.
